DASH CAM SOLUTION
By opting for the Thinkware MULTMOD Multiplexer Module, you can elevate your Thinkware F790 Dash Cam to a versatile five-channel dash cam solution. The module connects to the rear input of the dash cam and allows up to four additional cameras to be connected. The recorded footage from the additional cameras merge together to provide a single split screen 1080P FHD video file.

High Speed / Urban Forward Collision Warning System

VIDEO CODING FORMAT
High-Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) compresses high-resolution videos by streaming at low bit rates to minimize storage costs. HEVC has a compression rate of 1.7 times higher than the standard Advanced Video Coding format in dash cams. Hence, you get outstanding video quality with less consumption of memory space.

The F790 comes equipped with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity, offering support for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bandwidths. By employing dual-band wireless technology, the F790 ensures an optimal connectivity experience across various environments.
The 2.4GHz band boasts a longer range, making it capable of capturing signals from greater distances. The longer range network also captures other devices thus preferred in undisrupted environments.
5GHz band operates within a shorter range but provides superior performance with a higher bandwidth. The shorter range network avoids interferences thus preferred for a less congestive experience within shorter distances.
