In addition, most authentic THINKWARE accessories are protected by a 1-year (12-month) warranty against manufacturing defects. Furthermore, genuine THINKWARE Micro SD Cards come with a 1-year (12-month) warranty from the date of purchase.

It is important to be aware that we do not provide any warranty or repair services for Thinkware Dash Cams or accessories that have been purchased from outside of New Zealand. If you wish to make a warranty claim, you will need to provide a copy of your proof of purchase. Please note that the 2-year warranty offer only applies to genuine Thinkware front, rear, and cabin cameras, and does not cover other accessories. The New Zealand distributor of Thinkware Dash Cams, Griffiths Equipment Ltd, is responsible for offering the warranty.
